PACKING YOUR RETURN
Please ensure goods are packaged properly as items damaged in transit will not be refunded fully.
As many of our items are powder-coated they are susceptible to being chipped easily if not packaged thoroughly.
Brass and Bronze will scratch easily, please avoid damage by packaging each item thoroughly and separately.
Please ensure all fixings are also returned, we will charge £0.30 per fixing we do not receive, this will be deducted from your refund.
SENDING YOUR RETURN
We do not pay for returns unless the items are damaged or incorrect.
If you have received incorrect or damaged items, please contact us via our contact page and attach photos of the issue(s). Once your return is approved we will create a Royal Mail or Evri return depending on your location.
If you wish to return your item for another reason, eg. 'the item is not suitable' you can book your return here.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If returning from outside the UK please contact us first via our contact page. Returns received that incur Duties or Tax charges will be charged against the return amount so please contact us before returning for more information.
HOW TO RETURN
You can easily book a parcel to be collected from your home or dropped at a local collection point via Evri here.
